Reception Host – Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organised Reception Host to be the first point of contact for families visiting FunQuest, Riyadh’s newest immersive edutainment world for children aged 0‑14. The role involves greeting guests, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a professional and warm attitude.
• Manage front‑desk operations including enquiries, admissions, bookings and payments.
• Provide information on activities, packages, events and special offers.
• Answer phone calls, messages and customer queries promptly.
• Support birthday party and event reservations.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with daily front‑desk administration.
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams to guarantee seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, retail, F&B or entertainment (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and professional demeanor.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Customer‑focused attitude and positive outlook.
• Comfortable working with children and families.
• Arabic and English language proficiency is an advantage.
