Receptionist – Front Desk (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our Riyadh hotel team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth front-desk operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and handle guest inquiries courteously.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage reservations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain an organized front-desk area and keep guest records up to date.
• Process payments, update guest profiles, and address any concerns promptly.
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry and document handling.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid receptionist experience.
• Good organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Professional appearance, reliability, and commitment to high-quality service.
