About the role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Head Office in Jeddah. The role focuses on end‑to‑end talent acquisition for our construction and facility management operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Source and engage candidates using various recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Background in construction, facility management, or local recruitment agencies.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Proven track record of managing full recruitment cycles.
Required skills
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms.
- Experience using candidate sourcing tools.
