Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will lead end‑to‑end hiring for Albustan, handling everything from sourcing to onboarding. Based on‑site in Khamīs Mushayţ, you will work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
• Develop and post job advertisements in line with role requirements.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate feedback to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and initial training for new hires.
• Produce recruitment reports and contribute to employer‑branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labour regulations.

Required profile

• Strong full‑cycle recruitment and hiring experience.
• Excellent interviewing and communication abilities.
• Organised, able to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Professionalism, confidentiality and high attention to detail.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using HR software.
• Competence in standard office applications such as Microsoft Office.
