Registered Nurse (IFV)

About the role

The Registered Nurse (IFV) delivers high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care in a clinical setting. The role involves comprehensive patient assessment, development and implementation of individualized care plans, and close collaboration with physicians and the wider healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including physical examinations, vital signs, and symptom monitoring.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with other professionals.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and adverse reactions.
• Provide wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and infection surveillance.
• Assist physicians during procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Document patient conditions, interventions, and responses accurately in medical records.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow established emergency protocols.
• Maintain strict infection‑control practices, including hand hygiene, PPE use, and hazardous material handling.
• Support junior staff and nursing students, offering guidance and supervision.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification with a valid nursing license.
• Ability to work effectively in a clinical environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Commitment to continuous education and adherence to evidence‑based practices.
