Registered Nurse

About the role

The Registered Nurse delivers high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care in a clinical setting. Working closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, the RN assesses patient needs, creates individualized care plans, and ensures safe, compassionate care throughout the patient journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs and physical examinations.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for side effects.
• Provide wound care, dressing changes, and infection monitoring.
• Assist physicians during procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Observe, document, and report changes in patient status to the medical team.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow code protocols.
• Maintain strict infection‑control practices, including PPE use and hazardous material handling.
• Document all care activities accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, continuous care.
• Supervise junior staff and nursing students, providing guidance and feedback.

Required profile

• Valid Registered Nurse license and relevant nursing degree.
• Experience in a hospital or clinical environment.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
