About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused professional to join our growing team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering friendly, solution‑oriented support across phone, email and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, billing and policies.
• Assist with account updates, order tracking, troubleshooting and general support requests.
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Gather feedback and share insights to improve processes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
