About the role
The Reservation Agent is the first point of contact for guests planning their stay at Sofitel. You will create a welcoming impression and ensure every reservation reflects the high standards of the Accor brand.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, engaging service to all guests.
- Maximise revenue by recommending upgrades and up‑selling.
- Inform guests about property facilities and handle special requests.
- Process room reservations, maintain accurate rooming lists and update the reservation system.
Required profile
- Guest‑focused personality.
- Saudi national.
- Prior experience in hospitality reservations is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Opera reservation system.
