Residential Procurement Manager

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a seasoned Manager to lead residential procurement initiatives across its development projects. You will ensure procurement activities align with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, securing the right goods and services for successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for residential projects, ensuring alignment with schedules and budgets.
• Manage supplier selection, negotiations, and contract administration to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to define procurement needs and specifications.
• Conduct market analysis and supplier evaluations to identify value opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Monitor procurement performance against KPIs and contract terms, driving compliance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop procurement professionals within the residential procurement function.
• Prepare regular procurement reports and escalate issues or risks to senior management as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, preferably in residential construction or real estate development.
• Proven expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading procurement teams and managing projects.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and regulatory environments is advantageous.
