Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our fine‑dining outlet in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of a full‑service, upscale restaurant with 30+ employees.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation for both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Maintain and continuously improve service standards, guest satisfaction, and table service quality.
• Control inventory, cost, and budgeting to meet financial targets.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in fine‑dining or upscale full‑service settings.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high attention to detail.
