Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas in a high‑traffic hotel environment in Riyadh. You will ensure seamless service, uphold sanitation standards, support front‑of‑house staff during peak periods, and drive both guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all restaurant, bar and room‑service staff, stepping in to perform duties when needed.
• Maintain service quality and sanitation standards across all food‑and‑beverage outlets.
• Review staffing levels to meet guest service expectations and financial targets.
• Lead the food‑and‑beverage team through coaching, mentoring and performance monitoring.
• Implement training programs to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all food‑handling, sanitation and local liquor laws.
• Monitor alcohol service to meet regulatory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, **or** a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations and lead a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards and regulatory compliance.
