Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas in a high‑traffic hotel environment in Riyadh. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain strict sanitation standards, and drive financial performance while supporting the team during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff, stepping in to perform duties when needed.
• Maintain service, sanitation, and food‑handling standards across all outlets.
• Monitor staffing levels to meet guest service, operational, and financial goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop the food‑and‑beverage team, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with menu planning and drive initiatives to improve guest and employee satisfaction.
• Track financial performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management/Business Administration with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations and lead a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of sanitation, food safety, and liquor regulations.
