Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing transient room revenue for our hotel(s) in Makkah. You will manage inventory, release group rooms, and ensure optimal pricing across the property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the transient rooms inventory and release group rooms back into the general inventory.
• Recommend pricing and positioning for cluster properties.
• Oversee the inventory management system to ensure alignment with selling strategies.
• Compile, analyze and report revenue data, comparing actual sales to forecasts.
• Generate accurate reports, presentations and periodic updates on the transient segment.
• Conduct sales‑strategy analysis and refine approaches to increase market share.
• Maintain accurate reservation system information and identify trends to forecast demand.
• Support account diagnostics and validate conclusions.
• Lead revenue‑management projects, achieve performance and budget goals, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 3 years revenue‑management or sales/marketing experience.
• OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with at least 1 year relevant experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and solid understanding of hotel revenue concepts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with revenue‑management and reservation systems.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and produce actionable reports.
• High level of computer literacy.
