Revenue Manager

About the role

The House Hotel Jeddah is seeking a Revenue Manager to lead revenue optimisation across all distribution channels. Reporting to senior management, you will shape pricing strategies, forecast performance and drive profitability for this 129‑room urban escape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise hotel revenue, profitability and market share.
• Manage pricing, inventory, availability and distribution across direct channels, OTAs, GDS and other platforms.
• Prepare accurate revenue forecasts, budgets and performance reports, monitoring KPIs such as Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, RGI, MPI and ARI.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Lead regular revenue and commercial strategy meetings, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office and Finance to align commercial strategies.
• Analyse booking pace, pickup, segmentation, cancellations and length‑of‑stay patterns to support pricing decisions.
• Support pre‑opening or seasonal ramp‑up activities, including system configuration and pricing strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience with solid revenue management background and at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management, pricing strategies, forecasting, budgeting and distribution.
• Understanding of key performance metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, RGI, MPI and ARI.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and revenue reporting/analytics tools.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS) and channel managers.
• Familiarity with distribution platforms and demand‑based pricing strategies.
