About the role

We are seeking a Rigger I to join our team in the Eastern Province, supporting large‑scale energy projects. The role involves preparing, executing and inspecting lifting operations while ensuring strict safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Determine load weight, centre of gravity and dimensions for each lift.
• Configure rigging hardware and verify capacity limits.
• Select appropriate crane configuration and confirm suitability against load charts.
• Implement rigging safety procedures in line with client and company standards.
• Coordinate with the rigging and construction teams throughout the lift cycle.
• Dismantle rigging equipment and carry out post‑rigging inspections.
• Approve lift arrangements, calculate capacities and validate sling sizes.

Required profile

• Ability to follow approved safety procedures and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail when calculating loads and rigging setups.
• Effective communication with construction personnel.
