Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by ensuring smooth order processing, customer communication, and logistics coordination. This position is essential for maintaining high customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle pre‑sales enquiries and respond to customers daily.
• Coordinate virtual meetings and manage operational customer relationships.
• Receive orders, verify sales details, and code items in SAP.
• Monitor invoices, deliveries, and follow up on collections.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms and manage logistics deadlines.
• Process after‑sales service, complaints, and delivery issues.
• Update and file commercial documents such as invoices, pro‑formas, bills of lading, and certificates.
• Liaise with production, warehouse, and plate‑room teams to track order status and stock.
• Generate reports and summary statements from SAP.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales‑related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of sales processes, techniques and tools.
• Problem‑solving mindset with high attention to detail.
• Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently.
