The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Sitecore is a key position within the sales organisation, offering the knowledge, skills, and foundation for a long, successful career in technology. You will support Sitecore's growth strategy and help shape the future of digital experience marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound campaigns to identify new contacts, establish need and fit, and arrange product introductions.
• Manage inbound lead flow.
• Partner with the Sales team to build a quality pipeline.
• Stay engaged with prospects and nurture deals.
• Act as an ambassador and advocate for Sitecore, sharing passion and knowledge with customers and prospects.
• Arrange discovery calls and well‑qualified product demonstrations for Field Sales and Pre‑Sales teams.

Required profile

• Native‑level Arabic language skills.
• Positive and energetic communication, excellent listening, and strong writing abilities.
• Genuinely curious, self‑motivated, creative, results‑driven, solution‑oriented, and direct.
• Comfortable making cold calls.
• Thrives in a metrics‑driven organisation.
• Ability to analyse industry trends and craft relevant messaging.
