Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue for assigned hotels by actively prospecting new business, re‑engaging past clients and supporting internal sales initiatives. Working closely with the Property Sales Leader and hotel General Managers, the role focuses on delivering top‑line results across all market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target high‑value accounts, develop deployment structures and coordinate sales activities to generate demand.
• Manage the sales funnel using internal systems, produce daily status reports and ensure timely follow‑up on leads.
• Solicit new business from small‑business accounts, reader boards and referral sources.
• Collaborate with local sales teams and U.S. Account Sales/GSO teams to maximise corporate and group bookings.
• Support property‑specific pricing strategies and provide competitive intelligence to stay ahead of market trends.
• Execute internal mining efforts and assist the Property Sales Leader in setting share‑shift targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services or related fields, or
• A 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related discipline (no experience required).
• Preferred: 4‑year degree and prior experience in hospitality lead generation and knowledge of group, catering and transient segments.
