Sales Lead Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2C Sales Lead Manager to build and lead a high‑performing sales team focused on the Saudi market. You will own the end‑to‑end conversion of leads generated through paid advertising and influencer channels, driving monthly GMV and sales productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly sales plans aligned with Saudi market targets and translate GMV, order volume, and conversion goals into team and individual objectives.
• Design and manage a structured lead qualification, allocation, follow‑up, and recycling process for paid and KOL‑generated leads.
• Oversee the full sales funnel from first contact through trial follow‑up, consultation, quotation, and payment conversion.
• Recruit, train, certify, schedule, and manage local sales representatives, establishing SOPs, call scripts, QA standards, coaching routines, performance management, and incentive schemes.
• Implement escalation mechanisms for high‑value or complex leads and continuously improve follow‑up cadence, scripts, and pricing presentation based on funnel performance.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, KOL/Influencer, Product, Payment, and Customer Service teams to provide feedback on lead quality, customer needs, and lost‑sale reasons.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2C sales experience with at least 2 years in sales team management.
• Proven track record managing an end‑to‑end Lead → Consultation → Trial → Quotation → Payment funnel.
• Demonstrated ability to meet concrete metrics such as team size, lead volume, conversion rate, average order value, and GMV.
• Strong expertise in target setting, sales process management, performance analysis, and business diagnosis.
• Familiarity with CRM‑based lead management and sales funnel analysis; SQL knowledge not required.
