Sales Lead – Technical Sales for Construction Projects

About the role

The Sales Lead will drive technical sales activities for construction projects across the Central Region. You will act as the primary contact for new and existing clients, delivering proposals, conducting market analysis, and ensuring sales targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Pre‑qualify and register new clients, and conduct on‑site visits.
• Achieve defined sales objectives and report weekly activities to the M&S Manager.
• Maintain and update sales data in Salesforce.
• Identify current and future customer service requirements through personal rapport.
• Prepare and support the preparation of technical proposals.
• Conduct market analysis, business intelligence, research and strategy activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, owners, and key stakeholders.
• Provide commercial insight on project costing, margins, and pricing.
• Handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of business development, marketing, or sales experience in the construction sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
• Experience in the Central Region market is essential.
