Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager is responsible for planning and executing sales activities to maximize revenue and market share. The role involves identifying business opportunities, managing key accounts, leading sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with clients, corporate accounts, and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales presentations, and negotiate rates and agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Hospitality Sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent relationship‑building and customer service abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to travel and attend client meetings when required.
