Sales Representative Specialist (Construction & Landscaping)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative Specialist to drive growth in the construction, landscaping and related sectors. Based in Riyadh, you will build a robust client database, develop sales plans and work closely with design and project teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a comprehensive database of customers, including construction projects, construction companies, landscaping firms and nurseries.
• Develop yearly, monthly, weekly and daily sales plans and corresponding reports.
• Produce daily visit reports and monitor progress against sales targets.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the client base.
• Build and sustain strong, long‑lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and present end‑to‑end solutions from design concept through implementation and maintenance.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Collaborate closely with design, project and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project delivery.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably within landscaping, horticulture or construction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is desirable.
• Knowledge of landscaping, softscape, hardscape or irrigation systems is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.
