Sales Specialist (IPT)

About the role

The Sales Specialist (IPT) is responsible for driving sales of infection‑prevention and related products across assigned regions. You will manage the full sales cycle, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure delivery quality while meeting revenue and gross‑profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to existing and prospective customers in both local and remote areas.
• Develop and sustain relationships with clients, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
• Prepare and update sales funnel reports, CRM entries, and market information system (MIS) data, including competitor intelligence.
• Communicate new product opportunities, market feedback, and special developments to internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal staff to close sales and monitor stock levels.
• Utilise the JDE system for quotations, sales tracking, stock monitoring and data updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Infection Prevention, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Nursing or Biomedical Engineering.
• 1‑3 years of experience in infection‑prevention, disinfection, sterilisation consumables or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of Western & Southern market (government and private sectors).
• Fluent in English and Arabic with a valid driving licence.
