Sales Specialist – Member Experience Crew

About the role

The Member Experience Crew (MEC) professional is responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience while driving membership sales, renewals, and revenue growth at Arena Fitness Innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new membership leads through calls, referrals, community outreach and field visits.
• Convert prospects into members via consultations, needs assessments, club tours and follow‑up.
• Promote membership packages, seasonal offers, personal training, MyZone products and retail items.
• Manage front‑desk operations, welcome members, handle inquiries and support club communications.
• Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate member records.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or fitness industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a sales‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities and work flexible shifts.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
