Sales Supervisor – Food Service (Dammam)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our Food Service sales team in Dammam. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing the team and ensuring excellent customer service across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Executives to achieve regional sales targets.
• Own the Food Service channel performance, plan routes, conduct market visits and track execution.
• Manage regional accounts, build strong customer relationships and support sustainable growth.
• Analyze sales data, forecast, and turn insights into commercial actions.
• Plan and execute weekly product promotions, BDA activities and communicate price changes.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Trade Marketing, Finance, IT and Logistics for seamless execution.
• Monitor NTEs, damages and budget compliance while seeking cost‑effective opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards and food safety requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail or sales, preferably in the food service channel.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Commercial and analytical mindset with a focus on results.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
