Sales Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead our sales operations across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence and contributing to the growth and profitability of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sales plans to meet targets in GT and MT channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to uncover growth opportunities.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team, providing on‑job development and training.
• Conduct regular OJD sessions with Pre‑Sellers/Prospectors to ensure sales execution standards.
• Analyse sales data, prepare detailed performance reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales execution, merchandising and best‑practice implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the beverage/CSD sector.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
