SAP Functional Manager (Finance)

About the role

The SAP Functional Manager (Finance) will lead the strategic administration, optimisation and continuous improvement of SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules (FICO, FM, SAC, BCM) for Team Saudi. The role combines deep finance knowledge with technical expertise to ensure the system supports financial operations, complies with regulations and drives data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and optimise SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and regulatory requirements.
• Architect scalable finance solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead integration projects using SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and BTP Extensions, coordinating with IT and external vendors.
• Develop customised financial reports, dashboards and analytics to support strategic planning and forecasting.
• Conduct regular performance and compliance assessments of the finance landscape.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as supply chain, procurement and sales to harmonise end‑to‑end processes.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance and proven experience with SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules (FICO, FM, SAC, BCM).
• Ability to capture business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Experience managing integrations between SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
