Senior Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for growing and maintaining a portfolio of strategic, high‑net‑worth and corporate clients. This role focuses on driving revenue through upselling, cross‑selling and building long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic and key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and large corporate partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular business reviews and market insights.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, or Business Development.
• Previous experience in the banking sector or a similar industry is highly preferred.
• Proven success managing high‑net‑worth clients and large corporate accounts.
• Track record of building strategic partnerships and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
