Senior Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural works on building construction and fit‑out projects, especially 5‑star hotel and luxury hospitality developments. The role involves supervising design implementation, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high‑quality execution in line with approved specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise architectural works throughout construction and fit‑out phases.
• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Synchronise architectural work with structural, MEP, interior design and other disciplines.
• Monitor site execution to guarantee compliance with design, quality and finishing standards.
• Resolve technical issues with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Approve materials, samples, mock‑ups and method statements.
• Track progress of architectural and fit‑out activities, identifying delays or issues.
• Ensure proper implementation of hotel finishes, interiors, partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors, joinery and related elements.
• Review RFIs, technical queries and design changes, coordinating necessary approvals.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare as‑built drawings and handover documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in architectural construction.
• Mandatory experience in building construction and fit‑out projects.
• Strong background in 5‑star hotel, luxury hospitality or high‑end building projects.
• Experience with Tier 1 main contractors is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM (advantage).
