About the role
We are recruiting for a Senior Associate to join our Corporate M&A Practice in Riyadh. The role involves providing strategic guidance, managing client expectations and delivering high‑quality transactional work within a leading global advisory firm.
Key responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and amending documentation related to corporate M&A transactions.
- Providing strategic guidance to clients and managing project delivery.
- Conducting legal research and supporting business development initiatives.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer with strong technical knowledge of corporate M&A.
- Significant transactional experience and ability to handle complex deals.
- Intellectual curiosity, self‑starter attitude and detail‑focused approach.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills, with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, international environment.
