Senior Associate – Patient Experience & Coordination

About the role

The Receptionist at Smart Clinic of Bupa CareConnect serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating seamlessly with medical staff and other departments. The role focuses on accurate documentation, operational support, and maintaining a professional environment to enhance the overall patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, provide information on services, policies, and processes, and address inquiries or concerns.
• Facilitate administrative tasks related to admissions, discharges, transfers, and release of information, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Process cash, insurance, and credit invoices for outpatient services and maintain patient files using the Health Information System.
• Assist in booking appointments, manage daily schedules, and coordinate with medical staff to streamline outpatient services.
• Handle patient complaints, follow up on recovery plans, and enter issues into escalation tools for preventive action.

Required profile

• Experience in healthcare service, patient care, or medical coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work under stressful conditions and prioritize tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Paramedics, Rehabilitation, Public Health, Social Work or related field.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
