Senior Business Analyst

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will lead the analysis of customer experience data, support strategic initiatives, and ensure accurate reporting for Saudi Telecom Company. This role combines data collection, complex analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to drive improvements in customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop customer experience KPIs, manage performance tracking, and coordinate improvement initiatives with stakeholders.
• Design, field, and report on customer experience surveys on a periodic basis.
• Participate in planning STC’s analysis and reporting projects, delivering relevant statistics and documentation on time.
• Perform complex analysis of business, market, and performance data, reviewing reports for accuracy.
• Implement analysis and reporting procedures in compliance with procedural, documentation, and legislative requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies, assist in market forecasts and activity plans, and track business outcomes.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient handling of analysis and reporting matters.
• Drive ongoing market research, including questionnaires and focus groups, to assess customer experience and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or MIS.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer experience analysis.
