Senior Cloud Platform Engineer (GCP)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior GCP Cloud Platform Engineer to design, build and support enterprise‑scale Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments. This role is ideal for a hands‑on cloud engineer with strong expertise in infrastructure automation, cloud platform engineering and DevOps who enjoys delivering secure, scalable and highly automated cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain enterprise‑scale GCP environments.
• Build secure and scalable landing zones using Terraform and reusable modules.
• Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and platform automation.
• Support cloud migration and application modernisation initiatives.
• Implement networking, IAM, security and governance best practices.
• Deploy, configure and manage GKE clusters.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver cloud‑native solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide technical guidance.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in cloud platform engineering, infrastructure or DevOps.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Proven expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise cloud landing zones.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
