Senior Contracts Management Engineer – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Senior Contracts Management Engineer will support the full contract lifecycle for large‑scale construction projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring contracts are drafted, negotiated, implemented and complied with.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and administer prime and subcontract agreements.
• Review contract terms, identify risks and propose mitigation solutions.
• Coordinate with legal, finance and project teams to align contracts with company policies.
• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to facilitate smooth execution.
• Monitor contract deliverables, milestones and deadlines, and resolve disputes promptly.
• Conduct regular contract audits and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated on Saudi procurement law and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of contracts management experience on large construction projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia procurement law.
