Senior M365 & Azure Platform Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Microsoft Cloud & Digital Workplace Administrator to own and evolve our Microsoft cloud ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing identity, endpoint, security, and collaboration services across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Azure environments.
• Manage identity, access, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, PIM and enterprise applications.
• Configure and support endpoint management, Autopilot, compliance and security policies.
• Maintain Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive services.
• Support Microsoft Defender, Purview and broader Microsoft security technologies.
• Oversee Windows 365 / Cloud PC environments and Azure infrastructure.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, monitor platform health and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft cloud and digital workplace administration.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Azure.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft security solutions such as Defender and Purview.
• Proven PowerShell and automation skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and stakeholder management experience.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MD‑102, SC‑300, AZ‑104, MS‑102, SC‑200, SC‑401) are a plus.
