Senior Network Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across both Azure cloud and on‑premises data centers in Saudi Arabia. The role combines deep technical expertise with operational leadership to ensure high availability, security, and performance of our network and data‑center services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end operations of Data Center (Azure & on‑premises) and Network Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN).
• Maintain high availability, scalability, and reliability of all services.
• Oversee proactive monitoring, incident, problem, and root‑cause analysis processes.
• Define and achieve SLA, OLA, KPI, and uptime targets while following ITIL best practices.
• Ensure security compliance, implement network security controls, access management, and infrastructure hardening.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams.
• Mentor, coach, and develop multidisciplinary infrastructure teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of IT infrastructure and network operations experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing large‑scale teams.
• Experience in managed services or large enterprise environments.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Saudi nationals preferred.
