Senior Reporting Manager (Assets)

About the role

Mace is seeking a Senior Reporting Manager to lead asset reporting for a transformative mixed‑use development in Abha, Saudi Arabia. You will work within an integrated, multidisciplinary team to deliver reliable, data‑driven insights that support the project’s ambitious vision and net‑zero carbon goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tools and forms to capture programme status from stakeholders.
• Manage production, validation and distribution of regular and ad‑hoc reports.
• Establish timelines for report submissions, conduct reviews and issue dashboards.
• Define dashboard requirements, ensure delivery aligns with user needs and perform quality reviews.
• Utilise SharePoint, Power BI, PMIS and data‑modelling to provide traceable, reliable insights.
• Support cost, schedule, change, risk and performance reporting processes.
• Facilitate transparent reporting reviews and proactively identify process enhancements.
• Contribute to the net‑zero carbon transition by monitoring associated emissions and reductions.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
• Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body.
• Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex construction or engineering projects.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction or engineering project reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership in health, safety and wellbeing with measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.

Required skills

• Advanced competence in Excel VBA.
• SharePoint administration and development.
• Power BI and PowerApps development.
• Primavera 6 scheduling and reporting.
• Design, build and deployment of BI solutions and data‑modelling.
