Senior Specification Specialist

About the role

The Senior Specification Specialist will drive Jotun's growth in the decorative coatings segment by influencing specifications on construction projects. Based in Jeddah, the role works closely with architects, interior designers, developers and consultants to secure product approvals and increase market share.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Jotun’s solutions and new finishes to specifiers and secure project specifications.
• Develop colour schemes, samples, mood boards and provide technical, commercial and contractual expertise during the design process.
• Maintain and update a database of construction projects, architects and market trends in Saudi Arabia.
• Enter all specification data into the CRM system and ensure hand‑over to the sales team for execution.
• Support the sales team by tracking project activities and providing timely updates on approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales & Marketing or related field; interior design or architecture is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of experience in specification or project sales within the building and construction industry.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and able to identify commercial opportunities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
