SEO Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Arabic‑speaking SEO Manager to lead the SEO strategy and delivery for our clients operating in Saudi Arabia. The role combines hands‑on technical SEO work with strategic account ownership, focusing on qualified traffic and measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client objectives and market opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, set expectations, and own SEO performance from planning through execution.
• Lead technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, canonicalisation, JavaScript rendering, structured data, Core Web Vitals, page speed and international SEO.
• Translate technical findings into clear, prioritised recommendations for development teams and validate implementations using crawling tools, log analysis, Google Search Console and analytics platforms.
• Design content and on‑page SEO plans based on keyword research, search intent and competitive gaps, guiding the creation of Arabic and English landing pages, articles and product pages.
• Develop sustainable off‑page SEO and digital authority strategies, including link‑building, digital PR and citation opportunities.
• Monitor search trends, algorithm updates and emerging AI search developments to identify risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SEO for B2C or B2B clients, preferably in the Saudi market.
• Fluent Arabic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships, present recommendations and turn data into actionable business insights.
• Hands‑on technical SEO expertise combined with strategic thinking.
