About the role
The Workshop Service Advisor is the main point of contact for customers who bring their vehicles in for repair or maintenance. You will ensure a smooth experience by delivering high‑quality service, coordinating with technicians and keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand their vehicle issues and record service requests.
- Provide accurate estimates, explain pricing and recommend additional services when appropriate.
- Schedule work, liaise with technicians and monitor progress to meet delivery timelines.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, answering queries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, paperwork and updating the workshop management system.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency with workshop management software.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
