About the role

The Site Engineer will be responsible for leading and overseeing construction and drilling projects from initiation through to successful completion. This role ensures that each project meets strict timelines, budget constraints, and quality expectations while maintaining effective coordination among all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Lead and oversee construction and drilling projects from start to completion, ensuring all phases align with project plans.
Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality standards to guarantee delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality levels.
Coordinate daily activities with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve clear communication and alignment of project goals.
Manage on‑site resources, address technical issues promptly, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
