Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor oversees all on‑site fit‑out activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget while meeting the required quality standards. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and various stakeholders to achieve a seamless execution and successful handover.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site surveys, set‑out interior finishes and monitor progress against the schedule.
• Plan, organise and delegate tasks to foremen, chargehands and subcontractors.
• Prepare detailed work programmes and project schedules using MS Project.
• Produce daily site reports with progress updates and photographic records.
• Coordinate with civil, joinery, MEP and finishing trades, as well as suppliers, consultants and client representatives.
• Manage material delivery, storage and usage, minimising waste and ensuring compliance with submittals.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe working practices.
• Oversee QA/QC processes, arrange inspections, raise and close snag lists and NCRs.
• Verify subcontractor quantities, review timesheets and support cost control.
• Obtain necessary permits and liaise with authorities, mall management and consultants.
• Prepare documentation for handover and ensure full close‑out of all items.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction or fit‑out sites.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple trades and stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Familiarity with HSE regulations and QA/QC procedures.
• Ability to produce accurate reports and maintain project documentation.
