Store Manager – Dyson Boutique

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Dyson Boutique in Jeddah, ensuring strong commercial performance while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role combines operational oversight with people development to drive both sales and employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive in‑store customer experience (CX) initiatives.
• Plan succession and readiness of team members.
• Nurture talent through on‑the‑job coaching and stretch assignments in coordination with the People Partner.
• Boost employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) through people experience initiatives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including visual merchandising, SOP adherence, sales team schedules and commissions.
• Provide store support, including concessions and real‑time assistance as business needs arise.
• Serve as the primary liaison with back‑office operations.
• Ensure click‑and‑collect orders are fulfilled within service level agreements.
• Guarantee accurate capture of customer data by the sales team.

Required profile

• Minimum 72 months (6 years) of relevant retail management experience.
