About the role

We are looking for a freelance Tagalog interpreter to work remotely from a home office. The interpreter will bridge communication between Tagalog‑speaking and English‑speaking clients, ensuring accurate and professional exchanges.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate real‑time interpretation between Tagalog and English speakers.
• Process spoken information quickly and accurately while adhering to professional interpretation protocols.
• Maintain a quiet, secure environment and use note pads, glossaries, and dictionaries as needed.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Tagalog.
• Minimum three years of interpretation experience (preferred).
• Excellent listening, retention, and note‑taking abilities.
• Capability to explain cultural concepts when requested by the client.

Required skills

• Computer or laptop running Windows 10 or higher.
• USB wired headset.
• Steady wired internet connection.
