Talent Acquisition Advisor II

About the role

Worley is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor II to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its engineering, construction and energy businesses. In this role you will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience across the full hiring lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, interview and assess candidates across engineering, construction and energy disciplines.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular hiring updates and reports.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, approvals and pre‑employment requirements.
• Conduct market mapping and talent sourcing to support current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure smooth handover of selected candidates to Mobilization and People teams.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within engineering, construction, energy or oil & gas.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and candidate assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR recruitment tools.
