Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for technical and engineering positions in Al Khobar. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source qualified talent, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for technical and engineering roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using job portals and professional networks.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to align on staffing requirements and timelines.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
• Facilitate onboarding and placement to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Support and contribute to recruitment strategies for the oil & gas, petrochemical, and energy sectors.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of full‑cycle technical recruitment experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Background in recruiting for oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy companies is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and technical job functions.
• Experience working with major clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Ma’aden or similar MNCs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
