Talent Acquisition Specialist – Retail

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on retail and frontline positions. You will own the full recruitment cycle, partnering with Retail Operations to attract and hire top talent for sales, store operations, supervisory, and managerial roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for retail and frontline positions.
• Handle high‑volume hiring for Sales, Store Operations, Supervisors, and Store Managers.
• Source and screen candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring decisions with Retail Operations.
• Support recruitment campaigns and new store openings.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring retail positions.
• Ensure hiring targets, timelines, budgets, and Saudization requirements are met.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on retail recruitment.
• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment environments.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi talent market and Saudization requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
