Team Manager – Poultry Production

About the role

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager to lead a self‑directing, multi‑functional team responsible for poultry intake and processing. You will ensure that products meet internal customer requirements while adhering to strict quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily poultry intake and processing operations to meet defined product specifications.
• Maintain efficiency targets, achieve zero non‑conformance, and monitor loss‑in‑process metrics.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to set plans and targets.
• Propose and implement plant modifications and process optimizations to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Ensure a safe working environment and minimize accidents.
• Oversee a multinational, multifunctional workforce, providing training and development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Poultry Processing, Food Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a poultry or food processing environment.
• Experience managing a multicultural workforce.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Implementation of ISO 9000 quality standards.
• HACCP knowledge and application.
• Automated process control in production.
