Technical Execution Lead – KSA Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Execution Lead to drive end‑to‑end delivery of projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role will coordinate design, engineering, procurement and site execution between our KSA project managers, clients, consultants and the engineering team in Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project execution lifecycle from kickoff to handover, ensuring scope, schedule, quality and budget compliance.
• Act as the primary execution authority, coordinating between KSA project managers, clients, consultants and the Pakistan engineering team.
• Review BOQs, contracts and identify variations, claims and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Oversee design deliverables, resolve RFIs, and validate engineering outputs against project standards.
• Manage site execution activities, safety, quality and regulatory compliance, and conduct regular site visits.
• Develop and monitor execution plans, provide progress reports and highlight risks to senior management.

Required profile

• Strong project execution and leadership capability with a hands‑on “owner of delivery” attitude.
• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management and communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with high accountability under pressure.
