Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple technology workstreams within a large‑scale smart‑building and digital systems programme. The role will coordinate design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning activities while managing risks, dependencies and vendor performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily coordination across all technology packages and stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between technology vendors, construction teams, consultants and client functions.
• Monitor milestones, risks, issues, decisions and action items.
• Drive resolution of technical challenges and delivery blockers.
• Support design coordination, procurement, logistics, installation, integration, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Validate that vendors meet timelines, quality standards and technical requirements.
• Contribute to reporting, documentation and operational readiness planning.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of project management experience in technology delivery for construction, fit‑out, real‑estate or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience delivering smart‑building, technology fit‑out or digital infrastructure programmes.
• Strong background coordinating multiple vendors and interfacing technology with construction teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning and coordination skills.
• Immediate availability for full‑time on‑site engagement in Riyadh.
